thinking about the show.

And it is definitely coming. You need patience. (Gee, I could so imagine Michael Emerson delivering that. Spooky.)

Meanwhile, I just watched the newest episode of Entourage, chance to
get my mind off our show...

[scrippet]EXT. STUDIO BACKLOT - DAY

DAN, a sleazy network exec, is visiting set. He walks with Johnny "Drama" Chase...

DRAMA
So, Dan? You still seeing that chick from Lost?

DAN
I got rid of her before the Island did, John.
(beat)
I'm seeing that cutie on Brothers and Sisters.

DRAMA
Not Sally Field?

DAN just turns to Johnny, speaks as if to a child.

DAN
No, Johnny. Not Sally Field.

[/scrippet]

Okay, now they've done it.. now we gotta figure out who Dan was
talking about.

No rest for a Lost fan.

Random Pieces Episode 2

AGAINST A FIELD OF DEEP BLACK

floats, turning end over end, a WHITE BLURRY ghost of a FORM that as it COMES TOWARD CAMERA, RESOLVES into a LARGE WHITE POLAR BEAR and AS IT COMES CLOSER, COMING INTO SHARP FOCUS for a brief second, a look of panic on its face, and it BLURS AGAIN....

SMASH CUT TO:

A POLAR BEAR'S EYE blinking open.

EXT. JUNGLE - DAY
Our favorite white bear. Laying on the jungle floor, motionless, except he's pawing at his ears.

TOMMY
Jeez, what's that ringing?

He stretches his jaws.

A human figure wearing a lab coat with a DHARMA HYDRA PATCH, bursts out of the foliage, and look, it's MARVIN CANDLE!

CANDLE
Tommy?

Tommy doesn't turn, continues to shake his head.

TOMMY
Anyone else hear that? Whoa nelly!

CANDLE
Tommy!
(comes closer)
We've been looking all over for you.

No response.

CANDLE
Tommy, can you hear me?

and Marvin's shadow falls over Tommy --

-- and Tommy jumps!

TOMMY
Don't do that!
(inspects his fur)
Look! White as a ghost!

CANDLE
You're a Polar Bear!

TOMMY
Oh, like that explains anything.

Fists on hips, Candle is impatient.

CANDLE
We have work to do. We have to get you to the Orchid.

Tommy rolls onto his feet to walk alongside Candle as they disappear into the thick jungle, we can barely hear...

TOMMY
You know, you're lucky you taught me to read lips. And I hope to the Great Bear this work doesn't involve Tunisia. I hate sand.

Random Pieces Episode 1

EXT. ISLAND BEACH - DAY
A beautiful tropical afternoon, somewhere in the Pacific Ocean. Tarps and blankets draped over bamboo and wood and pieces of an aircraft, a Survivors Camp.

But along the beach, lazing under a sun umbrella, wearing his Ray-Bans, is TOMMY The Polar Bear.

TOMMY
Hey. Welcome to Lost Random Pieces. I'm your host, Tommy the Polar Bear. And why'd I have to point that out? I mean what'd you think I was, a gerbil?
(laughs at his own joke)
... gerbil! that's good.
(a breath)
Anyway, Lost Random Pieces is a series of short little web-o-sodes ... actually better to call them web-o-scripts... that fill in little holes in the great Mythology that is Lost.

And all of a sudden...

Everything gets BRIGHTER AND BRIGHTER and there's a loud HUM...

Tommy grabs his head in pain...

TOMMY
Thank the Great Bear I'm wearing shades....

EXT. ISLAND JUNGLE - DAY
A Dharma van bursts through the trees, bouncing high speed on jungle road.

A bicycle appears, ridden by CHARLES WIDMORE, curly haired, steering with one hand, eating a chocolate bar with another.

The Van veers toward the bicycle.

The Bicycle evades collision.

Too late.

The van driver, PHIL, is thrown from the driver's door, a open JAR in his hands, and knocks WIDMORE from his bicycle.

PHIL
You got chocolate in my peanut butter!

WIDMORE
You got peanut butter in my chocolate!

TITLE: "DHARMA PEANUT BUTTER CUPS. In your next palette drop! "
